I am Shijie Shao (pronounced Shir-jye Shao), currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering at Cornell University. You can also call me Jim.

My academic and professional interests lie in quantitative research, systematic trading strategies, and data science applications in finance. With a background in mathematics and programming, I enjoy building models to extract insights from complex data.
